This Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed on the Turquoise Trading Co website.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Weekend delivery is subject to the policies of the carrier. Delivery time will vary by location.
It is possible that your shipment may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order from our warehouse, and if we have a valid email address for you and our communication has not been blocked, you will be notified of the shipping delay.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer free ground shipping on all orders being sent to street addresses in the USA. Most orders take 4-13 Business days to arrive, but can be longer due to carrier delays.
Turquoise Trading Co is not responsible for carrier delivery delays. Delivery services no longer guarantee their performance for any class of service
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has entered the shipping system, with your tracking number(s) and a delivery estimate if available. The tracking number is usually active within one business day of shipment advice, but this is not guaranteed.
Damage or Loss during Shipment
Turquoisetradingco.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost by the carrier during shipping. If you do not receive your order, or you receive it damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or the Turquoise Trading Co Support team for help with filing a claim. If the product arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged package and save all packing material and damaged goods, which may be needed to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
For shipments to addresses outside of the USA, customer is responsible for payment of any fees, duties, tariffs and/or taxes applied to your order by your country’s customs authorities. Some products may not be available for international shipment.
Return and Refund Policy
Turquoisetradingco.com has a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it for a full refund.
To start a return, contact info@trquoisetradingco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid Return Shipping label with your RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right: info@turquoisetradingco.com
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also contact info@turquoisetradingco.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
